Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3/4 cup shelled pistachios
- 5 cloves fermented garlic
- 1/4 cup miso paste (I highly recommend Miso Master brand)
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or heavy-duty blender. Pulse until everything is well-incorporated but not perfectly smooth.
- Enjoy! I love this with grilled chicken breast over pasta or as a pizza sauce.
