Pesto Recipe No Cheese with Fermented Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup shelled pistachios
  • 5 cloves fermented garlic
  • 1/4 cup miso paste (I highly recommend Miso Master brand)
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or heavy-duty blender. Pulse until everything is well-incorporated but not perfectly smooth.
  • Enjoy! I love this with grilled chicken breast over pasta or as a pizza sauce.
